We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice all or any part of the Website, or any information on the Website, from time to time at our discretion.
Cosmic Queen is an education, entertainment & business services platform. The copyright and all other worldwide intellectual property rights in the material contained in the Website, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, the typographical arrangement of material supplied by third parties and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to Into The Trove Ltd., or those who provide such information or content to us. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be copied, scraped, reproduced or redistributed without our express prior written permission and it is a breach of these terms and conditions to do any of these things.
You shall retain ownership of all copyright and other worldwide intellectual property rights in data that you may submit to the Website. You grant us a world-wide exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable license to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you shall, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

3. 3rd party goods and services
We promote a number of suppliers on the Website and may advertise and/or offer you the opportunity to buy goods and services from those suppliers through the Website. We accept no liability for any goods or services provided by third party suppliers. Any goods or services which are not stated to be provided by us are provided by third parties over whom we do not have control and you should satisfy yourself that you wish to purchase those goods or services before contracting with the supplier. The suppliers will be supplying on their own standard terms and conditions and you should check that you agree to those terms and conditions before placing an order.
4. Events & Courses
All tickets and purchases are non refundable and can not be exchanged (unless stated otherwise on the individual events page). We are unable to accept cancellations. Please consider this when booking tickets and purchasing courses. If you are unable to attend it is possible for someone to take your place, however this is your responsibility to arrange and we would appreciate notice of any ticket resales or gifts so we can update our guest list.
If the event or course is cancelled, postponed or material changes are made to the Event or Course, the original items that you have purchased will remain valid for the revised event (except for in the case of cancellation) unless otherwise advised. However, in these circumstances, only the face value of the items will be refunded as these are circumstances beyond our control.
When events or courses are cancelled, postponed or the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all purchasers using the contact details provided when the order was made. However it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the event or course is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make contact with you. It is the responsibility of our customers to inform Cosmic Queen HQ of any change of address, contact telephone number or email address both before and after receipt of your tickets or course.
Although Cosmic Queen HQ will use reasonable endeavors to indicate any age or other restrictions that apply to events, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are eligible for entry to the event that they are purchasing tickets for.
Promoters and Venues always reserve the right to refuse admission to an Event or course and tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. We will therefore not offer refunds to any ticket-holders who may be refused entry. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment at venues is usually prohibited.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of enjoyment or profit nor any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
We will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind suffered by you from the products, or services, or actions of any venue, event or host or others.
5. Use of Paid Courses:
The Company from time-to-time provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on this Website. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.
6. Use of Free Downloadable Content
The Company provides various resources on this Website, which users may access by providing an e-mail address. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our resources provided in exchange for an email address (the “Freemium Content”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Freemium Content in any manner.
By downloading the Freemium Content, you agree that the Freemium Content you download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.
By downloading the Freemium Content, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Freemium Content and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Freemium Content.
7. Guests
The Company may, from time to time, provide information from a third party in the form of a podcast guest interview, interview on other platform, guest blog post, or other medium. The Company does not control the information provided by such third-party guests, is not responsible for investigating the truth of any information provided, and cannot guarantee the veracity of any statements made by such guests.
Individuals who agree to appear as guests on any podcast or media offered by the Company agree to transfer all intellectual property rights they may have in any such interviews to the Company and further provide a license to any rights they are unable to assign.
8. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from our offices within the UK. If you access the Service from a location outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Company Content accessed through the Website in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
9. Termination & Access Restriction
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and you hereby consent to resolve any and all disputes arising under or related to this Website or the Terms of Use. To access the Cosmic Queen HQ Program Pass/ Membership Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information, or to login to a platform like Facebook or Teachable or Google Drive. Cancellation Of Cosmic Queen HQ Program Pass Subscription:
Cosmic Queen HQ Collective membership is offered on an ongoing basis with a 12-monthly or yearly subscription. Users may choose to cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing [email protected]. As part of our 100% promise and guarantee, you can simply email us to cancel your membership at anytime. No questions asked. There will be no refunds on payments already made.
Additional CQ Program Pass/ Membership Terms: (Also available on customer sales page)
Refunds: No refunds available
Monthly schedule: There is at least 1 large program and 1 Training or short mastermind planned per month. The value of these is typically $522-1,333 per month which is why Extravaganza and Lux are such a great deal! If there is a month without a large program, subscription-holders may be offered 1-1 support instead.
Access: Subscription-holders will have access to the CQ Collection and any CQ programs, trainings, mini-masterminds that are presented during your 12-month subscription. If the programs run during your subscription have lifetime access, you will keep access to these when your subscription finishes. You will not have access to any programs that ran prior to your subscription unless you purchased those previously. Once your subscription is completed, you will lose access to the CQ Collection.
Cancellation: Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time by written notice to [email protected] Upon cancellation of your monthly subscription, once your final month has elapsed, you will no longer have access to the CQ Collection via Teachable. This is only available while your pass is active. You will retain access to any courses/programs that were lifetime access when you took them.
Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade from CQ Extravaganza to CQ Lux, you can do this at any time, just email [email protected]
Bonuses: The PIF bonus of 1 month of Voxer support must be taken consecutively over a 1 calendar-month period. This can happen any time during your 12-month subscription. If you are CQ Lux, your voxer day for that month will just be added to the end of the bonus month. If you are CQ Lux, your birthday reading will be created for you in the form of a recorded voice-message reading from Rachel looking at your HD and Astrology around a question of your choice.
Not included in the program passes: The programs included in the Extravaganza and Lux passes are up to the discretion of the Director of Cosmic Queen, Rachel Onojafe. As of August 2022, the only programs not included in the pass are The Star (Astrology course), The Design (HD course), 6-month masterminds Luminary and Sovereign and any 1-1 offers.
Violations: Into The Trove Ltd, parent company of Cosmic Queen, reserves the right to remove anyone who violates their T&Cs and diversity & inclusion and hate speech principles and values from any programs immediately with no refunds.
11. Miscellaneous
If these Terms are not complied with, we reserve the right to terminate access and use of the Site.
These Terms represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and us and shall have priority over any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or in writing.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms on this Site. Your continued access or use of this Site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms applicable from time to time.
These Terms are governed by English law and any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts and, by using this Site, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
If any court finds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the courts finding without affecting the validity and enforce-ability of any remaining provisions.
12. Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Company with respect to the Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and the Company with respect to the Website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Due to the nature of the services provided by Cosmic Queen and Into The Trove Ltd., we cannot offer refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service you purchased has already been completed by Cosmic Queen, refunds cannot be issued.

This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and/or could be used to identify a person ("Personal Data") that is collected from Users on or through the Services. We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. Because of that, we have created this Privacy Policy. "Non-Personal Data" as used in this Privacy Policy is therefore any information that does not relate to a person and/or cannot be used to identify a person. When you register for the Services or otherwise submit Personal Data to us, we may associate other Non-Personal Data (including Non-Personal Data we collect from third parties) with your Personal Data. When you use or interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this will be on our own behalf and other times this will be on behalf of an Organiser using our Services to run an event. This is an important distinction for EU data protection law purposes and is explained in more detail in Section 16 below.
1.3 Information Collected From Consumers
If you are a Consumer we will collect additional Personal Data from you, sometimes for our own purposes and other times on behalf of an event or course Organiser (see Section 16 below for more information).
Information you provide via Cosmic Queen HQ: If you register for a paid event, you will provide financial information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.) some of which may constitute Personal Data. When you register for, or otherwise provide information to Cosmic Queen HQ in conjunction with a CQ event or an Organiser event or activity, whether that information is yours or a third party’s, in connection with a purchase, registration, or transfer, that Organiser will receive and may use the information you provide. Please see the Section below, titled “How We Disclose and Transfer Your Personal Data: Organisers” for more information about an Organiser’s receipt and use of your Personal Data.
Information we obtain from other sources: We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Organisers, other Consumers, social media or other third party integrations, your credit card issuing bank, our payment processing partners or other third parties.
2. How we use your personal data
We collect and use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy laws. We may use the Personal Data as follows:
2.1 Specific Reason.
If you provide Personal Data for a certain purpose, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the purpose for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.
2.2 Access and Use
If you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to or use of the Services or any functionality thereof, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to or use of the Services or functionality and to analyse your use of such Services or functionality. For instance, if you supply Personal Data relating to your identity or qualifications to use certain portions of the Services, we will use that information to make a decision as to granting you access to use such Services and to assess your ongoing qualification to use such Services.
2.3 Internal Business Purposes.
We may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes, including without limitation, to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our Users, to improve the Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing, to enforce our Terms of Service, to manage your account and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the Services and our business.
2.4 Cosmic Queen HQ Marketing.
We may use your Personal Data for our marketing and advertising purposes, including (without limitation) by email, SMS marketing, display media, and targeting other devices (such as tablets, mobile devices and televisions). We do this in order to inform you about services or events we believe might be of interest to you, develop promotional or marketing materials and display Cosmic Queen HQ or event-related content and advertising on or off the Services that we believe might be of interest to you. We may also do this on behalf of an Organiser, for example where your prior interactions with an Organiser suggest you may be interested in a particular type of event. Email [email protected] or fill in the form on the Contact page to opt out of various Cosmic Queen HQ marketing communications.
You may see advertisements for our Services (or our Organiser’s events) on third party websites, including on social media platforms. Where you see an advertisement on a third party website or social media platform, this may be because we engaged the third party or social media platform to show this advertisement to our Users, or to others who have similar attributes to our Users. In some cases, this involves sharing your email address or other contact details with the third party or social media platform so that they can identify you as one of our Users, or identify other individuals with similar attributes to you in order to show them advertisements for our Services (or for our Organiser’s events). If you no longer want your Personal Data to be used for these purposes please contact us at [email protected].
2.5 Organizer Emails.
Organizers may email to contact Consumers for their current and past events, so you may receive emails that originate with such Organizers or emails that we send on their behalf. The Organiser and not Cosmic Queen HQ is responsible for sending these emails. If you no longer want to receive emails from the Organisers, please contact them.
2.6 Use of Interest-Based Data
We sometimes make inferences about the type of events or activities you may be interested in. We may use these inferences to help target advertising or customize recommendations to you, including on behalf of Organisers. We may do this on an aggregated or generalized basis. For instance, we may determine that our users who attend many comedy events also often attend or show interest in endurance-related events or content. We may direct (or assist in directing) content or recommendations related to both comedy and endurance to those Users.
2.7 Other Purposes.
If we intend to use any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time the Personal Data is collected or we will obtain your consent subsequent to such collection but prior to such use.
2.8 Aggregated Personal Data.
In an ongoing effort to understand and serve our Users better, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behavior based on Personal Data and other information that we have collected. This research is typically conducted on an aggregate basis only that does not identify you. Once Personal Data is in an aggregated form, for purposes of this Privacy Policy, it becomes Non-Personal Data.
3. How we disclose and Transfer Your Data

We may also disclose your Personal Data in the course of due diligence for such an event. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of Cosmic Queen HQ (or its assets) will continue to have the right to use your Personal Data and other information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
3.3 Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

3.4 Agents, Consultants and Service Providers.

3.5 Organizers.
In addition, when you register for an event, sign up for communications, enter a contest, or otherwise input your Personal Data (such as through a web form) to communicate with an Organizer or participate in an Organiser event, that Organiser will receive that information. For instance, if you input your name and email address into a web form for an Organiser offer, activity or event, the Organiser will receive that information. The Organiser may then send you marketing or other communications, which may be subject to its own, separate privacy policy. Likewise, if you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive information messages related to the service, event, activity or information in which you’ve expressed interest.
When you purchase tickets to, register for or donate to an event, transfer an event ticket or registration to another person, enter a contest, or otherwise input your Personal Data (such as through a web form), or otherwise communicate with an Organizer, or participate in or express interest in an Organizer or Organizer event or activity, that Organizer will receive the information you provide, including your Personal Data, and where a ticket or registration is transferred, the Personal Data of the transferee as well. Other third parties that are involved in or on whose behalf an event or activity is promoted, may receive that Personal Data as well.
We are not responsible for the actions of these Organizers, or their Third Party Organizers (or other downstream recipients of your Personal Data), with respect to your Personal Data. It is important that you review the applicable policies of the Organizers, and if applicable and available, their appointed Third Party Organizers, of an event (and the related fundraising page, if applicable) before providing Personal Data or other information in connection with that event page.
Similarly, if you are a member of an Organizer's organization, your Personal Data will be available to the Organizer and shared with those Third Party Organizers granted permission by the Organizer to view all members of the Organizer's organization.
3.6 Facebook, Social Media and Other Third Party Connections.
a. “Liking” or “Following” Cosmic Queen HQ on Social Media. In addition, when you “like” or “follow” us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or other social media sites (to the extent we provide that capability), we may collect some information from you including your name, e-mail address, and any comments or content you post relevant to us. We likewise may collect your information if you sign up for one of our promotions or submit information to us through social media sites.
b. Additional Facebook Marketing and Connectivity. In addition, if you are a member of Facebook (or another social media platform), and you provide Personal Data to an Organiser (such as in the ways described in Section 5.5), the Organiser may use that Personal Data to send you advertising and offers through Facebook (or another social media) platform, including when you are on Facebook or another social media platform. The Organiser may work with us and with third parties to enable this data integration and advertising. Facebook and other social media platforms may provide a way to opt out of this type of advertising. Please review their user settings and support pages to learn more about how they help you to manage privacy and marketing choices.
c. Third party services and integrations. Cosmic Queen HQ may provide you with opportunities to contract directly with third parties, and/or to integrate with third party services or applications, through our platform. In such instances, we will disclose your Personal Data to other entities in order to fulfil a request by you, or to provide services you have requested.
3.7 Legal Requirements.

If a Consumer initiates a data deletion request, Cosmic Queen HQ is authorised to delete or anonymize Personal Data of the requesting Consumer from the Services even if that means removing its availability to the Organizer through the Services. However, if you are a Consumer, you understand that even if Cosmic Queen HQ deletes or anonymizes your Personal Data upon your request or pursuant to this Policy, your Personal Data may still be available in the Organiser's own databases if transmitted to the Organizer prior to Cosmic Queen HQ receiving or taking action on any deletion or anonymization activity.
We will consider and respond to all requests in accordance with applicable law.
6. How Long We Retain Your Data
We may retain your Personal Data as long as you are using our Services. You may contact us to delete your data, however, we may retain Personal Data for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws. Even if we delete your Personal Data it may persist on backup or archival media for an additional period of time for legal, tax or regulatory reasons or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.
7. Exclusion - Children
